Swamini Svatmavidyananda

Swamini Svatmavidyananda is a disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswati. She teaches internationally, sharing her knowledge of Vedanta and Sanskrit at many institutions of repute such as Sivananda Ashrams in California and Bahamas, Yogaville, and Zen meditation centers in USA. Additionally, she teaches at the Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, in Saylorsburg. She is the acharya (teacher) of the Arsha Vijnana Gurukulam, founded in 2004, which has teaching centers in Atlanta, Eugene, Washington DC, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Fort Meyers.

Swamini Svatmavidyananda is a founding member of the “Global Women’s Peace Initiative” and travels globally addressing the ever-increasing ecological and spiritual challenges that face humanity in a global ethos. She addresses contemporary challenges facing the world, from global warming to religious/social unrest, in her unfolding of the Upanishads. (full bio)
